A variety of traineeships/apprenticeships are available to enable you to enter the world of hospitality.
For newly graduated students
Depending upon your qualification, you will have the capabilities to carry out jobs ranging from bar or food and beverage attendant or front office assistant to barista or waiter (or more senior roles with a diploma and experience).
Currently working in industry
Subject to your qualification and experience, you will be equipped to fulfil roles ranging from supervisory tasks to managing a functional operation such as a department in a large enterprise or all of a small business.

International prospects
As in Australia, there is an international shortage of qualified skilled hospitality workers. Our training courses are Australian Government approved and align with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). You can travel with your training, and have the potential to work in restaurants, hotels or events around the world.
